The MYRewards program is managed by Enrich Rewards Worldwide Sdn Bhd (ERWSB). ERWSB is the subsidiary company of NARSQO Group.

NARSQO Technology Sdn Bhd
NARSQO Technology Sdn. Bhd. (NTSB) is a 100% Bumiputera own company which was incorporated since 3rd June 2004 with current paid up capital of RM500,000.00 Starting with 5 staff, NTSB concentrating in developing a membership loyalty program calls NARSQO Auto Assistance to provide an emergency towing assistance to the members. Beginning from there, the efficiency of NTSB’s service has grown up the member’s database with a total of 15,000 members registered on 2004. From the increment of demand, NTSB has extended it’s marketing team and services where in 2006 NTSB had opened a new subsidiary call NARSQO Holidays Sdn. Bhd. (NHSB) to provide additional value added services to its members.
Beginning from the NARSQO Auto Assist Program, NTSB had put more effort to their Loyalty Program Business by adding up numbers of merchant to joint the program to provide the members with more discounts and services. Since there, a new loyalty program– Karisma Vacation Concept has been developed. This new membership program has give NTSB a big momentum as the sales of both loyalty cards had gained 25,000 new members in 2005 and approximately 10,000 auto assist members renewed their membership. During year 2006, NTSB through its subsidiary - NHSB has launched two new membership packages concentrating in travel assistant called Sehat Lifestyle and Discovery. With wider range of membership programs, NTSB has reached a total of 53,000 members enjoying the benefits of the products.

NARSQO HOLIDAYS SDN.BHD. was incorporated since 11 January 2005, offering a diversified range of service to leisure and corporate travelers. We facilitate travel arrangement both within Malaysia and elsewhere in the world.

Every MYRewards cards have the Touch 'n Go features whereby it can be use at any Touch 'n Go reload and usage points.
Merchants under MYRewards program will be provided a Touch 'n Go terminal for their retail transactions
